International Shows in Kielce, Poland
Two International Dog Shows were held in Kielce this year. These are among the most important shows taking place in Poland each year. At the first of these, dogs could secure a nomination for Crufts, whilst at the second they could win the title of Polish Champion.
Our dogs achieved excellent results in very strong fields within their breed, exceeding our expectations.
The first show on Saturday was judged by Ms Marie Hogarty.
Johnny (Sheriff Is Back In Town Lalabay) was the star of the day and, after winning the junior class (1st out of 6), not only was he named Best Junior in Breed, but he also won Best of Breed from a field of 41 Papillons. He has therefore been nominated for Crufts 2023
Ciri (Linked By Destiny Lalabay) also surprised us and was awarded the BOS (Best of Opposite Sex) title, having previously won the intermediate class and received CAC and CACIB certificates, as well as a nomination for Crufts 2023
Eddie (Fair Player Lalabay) was beaten in the comparison only by his own son, Johnny. However, he also achieved excellent results, winning the 1/5 Champions Class, receiving CAC and CACIB certificates, being named Best Adult Male, and also securing a nomination for Crufts 2023
At the second show on Sunday, Mr Primoz Peer was the judge. There were even more dogs in the breed than on Saturday, but our results remained the same 😉
Johnny (Sheriff Is Back In Town Lalabay) repeated his victory from Saturday and once again won Junior Class 1/7, becoming Best Junior in Breed and Best of Breed in a field of 51 Papillons! He was also awarded the title of Polish Junior Winner 2022.
Ciri (Linked By Destiny Lalabay) once again won the intermediate class 1/4, received CAC and CACIB certificates, and was awarded the BOS (Best of Opposite Sex) title. She thus earned the title of Polish Winner 2022.
Eddie (Fair Player Lalabay) also won the highly competitive Champion Class 1/7, received CAC and CACIB certificates, and was consequently named Best Adult Male and Polish Winner 2022
